[Cl...] Posted March 11, 2019 Share Posted March 11, 2019 I upgrade my O-inspect to Calypso 6.6 a few weeks ago. Today the operator complained about a stylus not qualifying. I noticed that the sigma was set to 0.001 (mm). I set it to the global default, cleaned and re-qualified it. So far no issues. Has anyone else experienced problems related to the stylus qualification after upgrading to 6.6?
