[ZE...] Posted April 3, 2018 Share Posted April 3, 2018 I installed the latest patch for (allegedly) the very problem I'm having. Camera Measuring points, screen goes black, points don't get measured. Re-booted several times. Works initially after the re-boot, but after that it's hit or miss. Anyone else experiencing this problem? Any solution found? [No...] Posted March 8, 2019 Share Posted March 8, 2019 We had similar problems wafter we upgraded to Win 10 1709. Zeiss support sent us new Viscan drivers which solved the problem.
