Bore Pattern Font

Hi all,
What font does the Bore Pattern Graphic use for the location coordinates of the features? I have a Windows 7 machine that won't display or print them correctly. They look like hieroglyphics.

If I copy the PDF file and go to a Windows 10 machine they show up and print fine. It's only the font for the deviations of the actual features. The rest of the graphic is fine. Here's an image.
