[Je...]
I'm having this issue with 1 program where when it saves the custom printout to PDF it automatically deletes the PDF file. Tried on multiple calypso's with different result folders. Excel files and the .txt files don't get deleted, just the PDF. Any idea's?
[To...]
Not sure what version of Calypso you're using but if you're NOT using Multiple Printout, this might be your issue. Go to Resources > Results to File. Check to see if the "limit" setting next to PDF is checked. This limit value is for all pdf's, not just the current program. If it is, make sure to change the number to a very, very large number. If it is set to 5 will delete every custom printout pdf in your results folder except for the last 5. In my opinion, I would leave that box UN-CHECKED as I don't see a situation where I want my pdf's being deleted without my knowledge. Not a good feeling. [He...]
Are you sure that it is not simply moving and renaming it? In newer versions the PDF's with custom names are created in the result folder path and then moved and renamed. Go to Resources -> Names for output files -> For this measurement plan. Then you go to the PDF in the drop down meny an make sure you have nothing activated there.
[Je...]
I've tested on 2017 and 2018 of calypso. Results to File limit box is Unchecked and in the Resources -> Names for output files -> For this measurement plan, there is nothing activated in those locations as well. I am not using multiple printout, just a "Custom Report" and an excel read out. it's the same setup that i use on the majority of my programs.
