[Da...] Posted March 5, 2019 Share Posted March 5, 2019 Hi all, There is a program I have been using for about a year now and only now have come up against a road block on it. Once the measurement plan has been completed it errors out before it starts to generate the report. I get several error messages saying "Protocol sorting: Element not found in characteristic list Path1". This tells me nothing and I have no idea where to start in order to fix this. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Also, I tried uploading screenshots of the error messages, but apparently this isn't working either. [Ow...] Posted March 5, 2019 Share Posted March 5, 2019 I'm running version 6.4.08 (Calypso 17) and have had this problem a few times with programs using cad-presentation graphics report. Delete the cad-presentation characteristics and the program will finish. I tried recreating the cad report and it worked but, the next time I ran the program, it didn't.
