[Cl...]
I'm creating .SSC probe files and do not see a 3.0 x 125 stylus in the choices?
[Ri...]
That happens. Just select Free Generic Stylus, and input the parameters for it, it will show you the probe.

[Cl...]
Additional question. When building a new stylus system, once I select a component from the list one mouse click and it appears in the small screen above. Two clicks should add it to the previous component. Nothing is happening when I do this. It has been years since I've done this, but I'm pretty sure I'm doing it correctly.
[No...]
- Select component to which you want to add -> turns yellow - Select new component from the list - Click on the connection point where new component shall be added. I'm not sure if a double click is supposed to work. Cubes and some generic elements have more than one connection point. How does it know which one to use? Maybe if you first preselect the desired connector in the element tree of the probe.
[Na...]
Norbert is correct. So once you have added a component it will appear yellow in the Stylus System View. When you go to add a new component the component highlighted under the "components" section will appear in the Component View window (the small window in the upper left). Once you have the component you desire selected, in the Stylus System View the connection points are referenced as little green spheres. Double-clicking isn't necessary, just simply click on the corresponding connecting point and the component will be added to the Stylus System and it will appear yellow. Hope this helps! [Ri...]
As far as I know, if the component is selected on the right is the base, when you click once on the object that you want to add, it will preview attach it, two clicks should add it. Typically I select on the left what I want to add, then go to the point where I want to attach it on the right and double click that. That's just the way I do it. No right or wrong way.
