Random LCD Simulation Screen

Running Calypso version 6.4 service pack 3.
I randomly get this screen pop-up and sometimes it stays closed after closing it and sometimes it opens up every-time I select anything in calypso.
Sometimes it says something, sometimes it says nothing.
Sometimes, it never pops up again for a few days?
Never seen this screen until the 2017 version.
Any ideas as to what it is or how to manage it?

This might be chalked-up as just the system getting confused (yeah it happens) because when I tried running with it open, I got this
error and when I went to cancel it, I had to shut Calypso down (vwnt.exe*32 style) to get it to close. After closing Calypso, the CMM still wanted to run the program started before closing.(o)(o)

Did you ever get to the bottom of this? I had a few questions for you. Are you running more than one CMM software on the machine? Are you running any custom automation software? We are seeing the KMGIO.dll error and if we press [OK], it pops up after every point taken. If we press [Cancel], the CMM runs fine but it kills the probe hit sound.

I believe it was just me refusing to shut everything down for a 10 minutes.I'm always working with so much stuff, I hate shutting the computer down anymore than I have too, even when leaving for the day, I keep it running..

I had just loaded new version of another type of software a day or two prior to this coming up and had re-booted the computer while doing it but, while running just 1 version of CMM software, I normally do run all kinds of other software's at the same time, microsoft everything, solidworks, syteline, eDrawings, gear-pro, APQP, prolinke, cam pro,etc.
