How do I make circle with some angle like 45°/20° with respect to base alignment (on X /Y/Z axis). I already tried manual probing with 6 mm dia rod to make circle with 30° angle, but it shows 70 mm dia. So please help me how to create, in CAD model or manually..

The A1 and A2 controls the angle relative to the Space Axis. SInce the circle axis is closer to the X axis, the Space Axis will be X and the A1 Y/X would be 0 and the A2 Z/X would be -42.

I assumed your picture was a front view. If it is a top view, then the numbers will be different but I'm guessing you'll figure that out...

I tried re-creating your application and was having trouble creating this circle in a simple fashion. I know Calypso well enough to get the feature but not in a simple way that is easy for a person new to Calypso.

Update:
I created a cylinder using 6 points with the down probe. Closed the feature and re-opened it. Next, I edited the A1 Y/X to -42 and the A2 Z/X to 0. Then, under the Comment button at upper left, I changed cylinder to a circle. I edited the depth to 0.000 and went into the strategy and removed 3 of the points leaving only 3 at the circle's origin.
