Torus / Torus intersection

Looking for ideas on how to measure the .972 diameter (balloon number 15) in the attached drawing which is the intersection of two torus. I've tried using circles/arcs but results are sporadic and I don't have much faith in the finding when I do get a result.

Looks like you might be able to intersect a nominal plane at .189 with
the model from that top surface. Then you can create a 2d curve from
wireframe, recall the curve points into a circle feature.

Most of the models I see will have a wire at each intersection ready to
use, so no intersecting planes at all.

It wouldn't necessarily need to be "fixed" @ .189 only.
You could calculate the intersects +/- from .189 to get
the min & max for that diameter. Solidworks should be
able to give you those two heights.

You should tell them to change this to a profile of Surface tolerance and get rid of all those theoretical intersection ± tolerances.
