[Ja...] Posted February 5, 2019 Share Posted February 5, 2019 Looking for ideas on how to measure the .972 diameter (balloon number 15) in the attached drawing which is the intersection of two torus. [Cl...] Posted February 5, 2019 Share Posted February 5, 2019 Looks like you might be able to intersect a nominal plane at .189 with the model from that top surface. Then you can create a 2d curve from wireframe, recall the curve points into a circle feature. You could calculate the intersects +/- from .189 to get the min & max for that diameter. Solidworks should be able to give you those two heights.
