In earlier versions, Autorun had a bad habit: it has a scrollable desk, but didn't allow you to drag an icon outside of the visible desk area so as to enlarge the usable space. When your desk got full, your only choice was to make a new one. We run several hundred parts through Autorun, belonging to a number of projects. With the above in mind we made seperate desks for all of our projects from the start. Each project has only a few parts, so we never got full.
