[Ja...]
Hi everyone! We have a computer (HP Z440) delivered alongside with CMM. Zeiss did installation of all software, so we were able to start working with it without any additional installations. After 1 year, there starts problems with insufficient free disc space, which is critical, because we were unable to save new measurement plans. One look and problem is visible. The computer have more discs. Physically 2, virtualy 3 - C:\ (Windows - 220 GB), D:\ (Recovery), E:\ (Data - 2TB). Disc E:\ was absolutely clean and Calypso was on C:\.So i uninstall Calypso and reinstal it to the disc E:\. Now, there is all workarea alongside with others standard files. But the core of Calypso is still on the C:\ drive. And the C:\ drive is still full. We have no added software, or others data on the computer because of strict company IT rules. My question: is it posible to make all clean instalation of Calypso (6.4) by myself, or is it work for Zeiss? Thanks
[An...]
if the installation file is also on "C"- drive, then place it externally on a drive / hard disk and then delete it from the "C"- drive! The installation file and the unzipped version have the same amount of data, so you save some space and also delete the whole content in the Temp folder under Windows, there will also be some free! This is how I did it

[An...]
Did you erase them from the computer, too?
[Ja...]
They were always only on the flashdisc. Installation runs from it. We don't have the computer on network. I have a call from aplication technic and their advice was to analyze what takes the most space. Another call is going to be tommorow.
[Ja...]
Problem solved. Our IT department fails to properly push windows updates and they filled our HDD. It happens on more PCs.
