[Ch...]
Has anyone had any luck locating some decent training on the CT module for CALYPSO? More specifically on what all the settings mean and do under the "CT Properties" button. There isn't any official training offered at Zeiss and I've been trying to get a hold of something. Thanks in advance!
[Jo...]
I'm in the same boat. starting to work on the Metrotom and it would be good to have some info or training material on it.
[Ri...]
There are two software that you would use when working with one of the CT machines. The first is NEO Insights which is the direct interface used with the CT machine. The second is Calypso where you can bring in your points clouds for dimensional inspection. At the moment, there is no at Zeiss training that you could schedule on the website, but like a lot of Zeiss' specialized software/machines, the training is done at your facility on your parts. Please feel free to reach out either to Zeiss direct or your local Zeiss Representative for more information.
[Ch...]
I'm rather looking more for detailed explanation to what each setting means and does, not so interested in being helped on a part to part basis. I've been using CALYPSO for 15+ years and it's the never-ending mind trap with all the capabilities. Now I've got a whole other interface/module to work with. It would just be great to have a quick CT Module User Troubleshooting Guide. I know that they are currently trying to model a pay to be trained system but I wish they hadn't gotten rid of the knowledge database they had. I suppose I could always just apply for a position at one of the facilities to learn their secrets. 🤣
