[Me...]
Hi all, I got this error message when trying to connect in simulation mode. Calypso version 6.2. Service patch: 6.2.0400. My OS is Windows 10 Enterprise 64 bits. I tried to uninstall and install again but the error is the same. Update to new service patch 6.2.28, same error. I tried to install newer version 6.4, same error. I tried to connect with real machine and the same error. Do you have any experience about this error and solutions for it? Thanks 🙂
[Ri...]
It looks like there is an issue with the Mircosoft .NET Framework. You may want to install the latest version to ensure everything is OK with that first. Also, did all of the C++ Redistributables install correctly? [Me...]
Thank you Richaard Shomaker for your reply. I tried to remove almost all the C++ Redistributables (only left the C++ 2005) When re-install the software, all the C++ Redistributables are required and successfully installed all the C++ Redistributables However, the issue is still the same when I pressed connect to initialize. I will try remove all then install again 🙄
[Ri...]
You might want to call software support. My only other suggestion would be to see what version of Microsoft .NET Framework you have installed - might need to update.
