Flatness Per Unit Length?

i have recently (within the last few months) completed the Zeiss training on Calypso. but i have a flatness callout of say [.001|1.000] how would i measure this the part is about .75" x 1.5"

Use Flatness Ref

Menu -> Form and Location -> Flatness Ref

Assign your tolerance, then hit the input parameter button to define your zone size.
