True position 2x?

The print calls out a width 2x, then it calls out true position of
the width(s), but doesn't specify 2x, or is it to be assumed
that they want it twice also?

It is assumed. There are examples in Y14.5 that are done that way. E.g., Fig. 3-29 has 8x on the diameters of a pattern of holes, but not on the position FCF for them.
