Manual input measurements

Is there a way to manually tell calypso what measurements I got by hand and add it to the piweb printout? For example if i run a program but i need the thickness of a part and i just measure that by hand then input what i measured into a characteristic and it will display as if the cmm measured it.

Yes go to Size>>More>>Result Element.
Enter your info. Here is one that I use daily. A pop up box will come up when it gets to the element in the program. Enter your data and done

Is there a way to lock down WHERE the popup box appears on the monitor? It seems to appear where ever it wants to depending on time of day and inclination angle of center star of Orion's belt.

LOL Don't know if you can LOCK it down but it shows up wherever your Cursor is at on the screen at the time.

It's even worse when you have two monitors, It can appear absolutely anywhere it likes.

The two monitor issue is exactly my problem. The program stops and you look at the stop light, It's green, so what stopped it???? You look and look and then there's this little window on the top corner of the left monitor waiting for input....
