Blocking edges in Autorun

Where can I block edges in Autorun?

I'm VERY new to Autorun, I've been using it for about 16 minutes, but it seems pretty straightforward. Here's my problem, I have a proven, customer approved program, and I'm trying to palletize it. The machine starts checking the first part, then tries to travel through the column of parts on the left side. I need it to travel ABOVE the parts.

Open the program in Calypso. Go to Plan > Navigation > Block Edges. Put a check in each of the 4 corner check boxes. Don't worry about the ones on the bottom as Calypso won't try to travel underneath the part.

I knew how to do that, I can't update the program without resubmitting it for customer review and approval, which can take days.

Sorry, I didn't make the connection that you wanted to block edges in AutoRun. AutoRun is strictly an interface to your Calypso program. So, my friend, I guess this means you're SOL 🤣 🤣 🤣

In your pallet definition you could make the parts farther apart.

The pallet should be defined with parts far enough apart that clearance moves will not violate the clearance 'cube' of the next part.

Alternatively you would need to change the original program.

Question:
Inside the plan which is used for pallet alignment -> does the size of clearence plane (cube) matter for Autorun?
Should be as big as the whole pallet?

Sorry I post here, I don't feel like open a new topic.

Autorun doesn't use the pallet alignment plan at all (unless you decide to put it on the autorun desk). It only needs the base alignment that's created by it. So no, the clearance cube of the pallet alignment doesn't matter.
