PiWeb Angle Tolerance

Just noticed that the angle and tolerances in the report is not wrong it's just not right. I have many parts that have a common 25° Half Cone angle ±0°5'0". What I am seeing on the report is a nominal of 24°60'0" with the tolerances of 4°60'0" and -4°60'0". Other angles such as a1,a2 are reporting the same way
That is like saying that I am 5 foot 13 inches tall. I am self taught so far in PiWeb and this is the first issue I have come across that I can't fix

Did you use MAX/MIN for the tolerance?

Tolerances are all + and -. If I switch to a default printout all the nominals are as they should be. Just finished up another part and a 30° half cone angle nominal is 30°0'0". A 25° half cone angle nominal is 24°60'60" in PiWeb but normal in a default printout. Both extracted from a CAD model with no manipulation and the Cone angles are correct in the features.
