[Ba...]
When the calypso call the Gear pro micro, then the program turn into Gear pro to begin measure spline, but the movement of axis and rotation of RT is very slow. The very slowly movement and rotation which I said is not during the scanning but the free movement path between each teeth. the feed rate knob is 100%. 🙁 When back to calypso after the spline measurement finished, the movement of axis and rotation of RT become fast as usual. Anyone know about this? 😱
[Ri...]
What is the navigation speed set to inside of the GearPro macro?

[Ba...]
I found what the problem is ! It's the auto/manual mode key switch on the control cabinet. Our switch are always on manual mode before, because we are afraid of the too fast movement, you know the auto mode can moves very fast in calypso. But in Gear Pro, the auto mode is not that fast, and the manual mode is very very slow. So, when I switched to auto mode, the Gero Pro's speed become acceptable. But the auto/manual mode switch also changes the scan speed of lead and profile, even if you do not changed the scanning speed in measure settings. Anyway, the problem was solved. Thank you all. What the RT-step mean? the help document said (The step represents the angular distance in degrees (value/1000) between the individual support points for the rotary table) what is individual support points ? Why is value/1000?(1000/1000=1 degree?)

That means 15° will create (depending from the workpiece dimension) a faster RT movement between the gaps of a gear.
