[Lu...]
Good afternoon. Running 6.6 Calypso. When running in autorun, I always have "force input parameters" checked on the results to file section, so that the user can input machine, nest, and pallet. So when you run a part THAT HAS a previous custom printout, it will do exactly as I need it to do. Which is at the beginning of run, it stops to allow you to input. For all 3 pallets (I have 3 pallets). But when you run a new program WITH ONLY PiWeb (No old custom printouts), it does not work. Meaning it just continues run, without allowing you to input any parameters. Any suggestions?
[To...]
The ability to "force input at start" is located under Resources - Printout Header Parameters. Maybe this is what you meant to say.
[Lu...]
It is checked. And it will not work. that is the question. It should but doesn't.
[To...]
Luis, I just tested it with an old program and with a new program and it worked both times. Not sure what is happening on your machine.
[Ri...]
Go into Resources - Define Printout - Custom Printout, and select your Custom Printout. See if that works.
[To...]
Please sign in to view this quote. You will have to disable Multiple Printout first. Or, select the Presentation printout within Multiple Printout.
[Ri...]
Please sign in to view this quote. Sorry. I wasn't telling him to use the Custom Printout. I was having him select his Custom Printout, so his custom variables would show up in the prompt.
[Lu...]
Thanks everyone! I figure it out. Being new to this company (6months), there are multiple programs in separate folders (thats a whole other story). So it seems there are "same name" programs. So I assumed I was changing/working on the correct program, and was not. So all the changes were not taking affect. Hence the problem. It works perfectly now. THANKS!
