[Da...] Posted November 1, 2018 Share Posted November 1, 2018 Hello guys. I have got two the same DuraMaxe's and both have Calypso 5.4..... On the old one I can easily using Cad models .prt but on the new one where I can install calypso 5.4 + service pack 5.4.16 I cannot. I can only looking for a .sat .sab files. What should I do ? [De...] Posted November 1, 2018 Share Posted November 1, 2018 This is most likely caused because one machine has a license for the converter/importer for those type of files and the other machine does not. You can check this by looking to see what licenses are installed under Extrras -> Settings -> Miscellaneous from the menu. Probably have to call Zeiss and get the license for the other machine as well i you want to load those types of files on both machines. The other option would be to find some software that does file conversion to .sat files. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
[To...] Posted November 1, 2018 Share Posted November 1, 2018 Either buy the .prt converter, or use your cad system to convert them to sat or sab. You could also load them on one cmm, then save the model as sat or sab. First, you may want to check to see if you already purchased the license and it was overlooked when the machine was prepared at Zeiss. If you can find your quote, that might help.
