"Select printout header parameters" settings

Is there a way to make the selections in the dialog box (see attached image) for the "Select printout header parameters" menu global?
Or, Is there a file or files I can copy and paste to other CMM's?

Have you tried copying the files userfields.ini and systemfieldsassistance.ini (if present) from the protform folder? If that doesn't do it, the info may be stored in the inspection file.

The "userfields.ini" doesn't contain all the information, only a couple items.
The "systemfieldsassistance.ini" doesn't seem to exist at all.
