[Da...]
Hello guys. Basically we have got a new DuraMax and has been set up two weeks ago. I did copy all user accounts and programs. The pc was not switched off, but today when I try log in into windows 7 it says something: the security database on the server does not have a computer account for this workstation trust relationship. When I open Calypso there is no connection so I have tried manually but it says this error. Do you know what should I do ?

[To...]
I think that message means your e-stop button is pushed in. Twist it to reset it, then turn your drives on.
[De...]
I assume you are trying to log onto a network account on the computer rather than a local account on the computer. The initial error (trust relationship) sounds like it is due to the computer not being a part of the domain you are trying to log on to. If this is a new computer then this is most likely because your network admin never added the new computer to the domain server. Most likely this did not occur when the Zeiss tech was doing the setup because the tech would have logged on to a local admin account on the computer in order to be able to do the setup. So far as not being able to connect to the control, keep in mind the computer has two network cards and if someone switched the cables that might also be part of the problem - this could also potentially be causing the intial error as well. [Ma...]
I got bite by the E-Stop a couple of weeks ago. I'm doing some contract work at a company and they told me they were shutting all the machines down because Florence was due to hit this area. So someone turned off the CMM's and hit the E-stops on both the joystick and controllers and turn the keys to 0. It took me forever to start one machine which has the old C-90 controller. The E-stop looked like it was out completely but it wasn't and it drove me nuts until I decided to make sure it was completely out. 🫣 Mark
