[No...] Posted September 6, 2018 Share Posted September 6, 2018 I know Calypso from version 4.6 on and the only official error analysis tools available to end users for free I ever saw were "EDiag" and "CMM Assistant". Both are made for C99 controllers. EDiag only downloads all necessary logs and other data from the controller and zips them for being sent to the support. It does not analyze anything by itself. CMM Assistant was a small program with a GUI showing the current error state of the CMM, what caused it, and what to try to resolve it ("switch on drives") but no detailed collision data. I found it rarely useful. EDiag is still available at an 'ancient' Zeiss download site, but since it only collects raw data, it's probably easier to get what you need by just FTPing the controller.
