[Me...]
Hi, I am measuring an all around line profile with multiple curves recalled into a singular 2D curve. When I recall the curves into a single curve, the probe radius compensation is incorrect and shows my profile is uniformly shifted by the probe radius. I have messed around with the probe radius compensation settings in the evaluation tab to no avail. Has anyone run into this issue? It is worth noting that this all around profile is of two symmetric faces and it can not be measured as one curve to my knowledge. Help on this would be greatly appreciated. [Me...]
Follow-up on this... Figured out how to avoid recalling multiple curves into one and instead measured the 2 curve sections in the same strategy. This solves my issues but still leaves the question of probe compensation still in the air. Anyone have a good answer for why recalling curves screws with it? [Da...]
Out of my usual area, but, did you try "recall feature points" instead of just "recall"?
