Probe Qualification Question

So we have just recently added a new RDS adapter plate and a new Probe Exchanger now when I run our probe qualification program all of my probes are coming in at a not so great sigma value but they are all still within the acceptable range. everything used to come in Green but now come in Yellow so I assume this is coming at the high end of the limit. Do I need to go and re-qualify all the angles that are at the upper limit on the sigma value? We have a Contura with a RDS Vast XXT head.

Since you say that the problem occurred after the new RDS
adapter plate, I'd look there first. Use the old adapter if you
can, and see if it happens again.
