Changing evaluations

I need to fix the characteristics evaluations on a lot of existing programs (LSQ to..., filtering, outliers, etc.) that were written before I started with my present employer. Is there an easier way to change these without going into every characteristic? I thought there was something in the measurement plan editor but just can't seem to find it. All I can find are the evaluation settings if evaluating within the feature which I don't want to do.

Go to Resources and select the Characteristics settings editor and scroll down to evaluations.
