CAD Model Problems

When I go to get a circle on cylinder on my CAD it actually grabs a radius thru the CAD instead of on the outside. I am running Calypso 6.4 and have recently upgraded to windows 10. Not sure if this has something to do with it or not, I have tested this same CAD model on windows 7 and it worked fine. Is there some settings I'm missing or something in windows 10 or Calypso 6.4?

I haven't had this problem yet, and I am on 6.4 and Windows 7, cause ....Windows 10.....yeah anyways. So I'll go for the easy answers, and maybe to try Cad->Cadfile->automatic healing. Either that or maybe it is Windows 10, because I would love to blame it all day.

I would be interested to see what happens if you pick a space
point on that same surface, which direction does the vector point?

Possible some sort of vector error that healing could correct?
Is the circle you are trying for an OD? Is the one you get the same (OD)
Or are you going for an OD, and getting an ID.

I would check your graphics card settings. Make sure that you have them set to High Performance. I can't speak to every card but I'm using an AMD Radeon and I had to manually go into the settings and ensure Calypso permissions were set to High Performance. This eliminated my click-through CAD issues.
