Calypso 2018

Do not know if I got good information, but I heard that Calypso 2018 will only run on a Windows 10 operating system.
I hope this is not true because it screws me up with two of my older computers.

According to the Release Notes for 2018, Windows 7 and 10 will work.

I read that as of 2019 Calypso will only be running on windows 10 or higher. The main reason for this is that Calypso is going from a 32 bit software to 64 bit. There were rumors that the calypso interface will look similar but the algorithms will be running Caligo underneath. I do not know if this last piece is true, it is only rumor at this point but it concerns us because of the implications for validation.

Calypso 2018 runs under Windows 7, I have no problems so far!
CAD files also run without problems under Windows 7.
Couldn't find an impairment so far compared to Calypso 2017!

First heard the rumors of Caligo replacing Calypso in 2008 or 2009 at a national user group event.
If the algorithms are certified I'm guessing all should be good to go.
