Stylus System Creator - Custom Probe Adapter?

Just wondering if anyone knows of a way to bring in an 'actual' custom probe adapter to Stylus System Creator?

Does not seem like there is currently any way to do this?

The following is what I mean. I know you can use generic cubes etc to make some things.. but I need an angled probe adapter.

If anyone from Zeiss looks at this forum.. is there any plans on allowing the import of probe adapters that have been modeled outside of SSC? Like .sat / .sab files or something?

In the help file it says that Zeiss can convert the CAD data of your custom probe elements to SSC format. This resulting file (*.scl) can be imported in the editor. But I guess this friendly service is not for free 😉

I made a request to allow the ability to import custom probe holders on the Software Suggestions section of the old Metrology Portal many years ago. I got a good number of stars but probably not enough to get voted in.

I know the Z's aren't at the same height, but would something like this work for testing purposes? At least you can adjust the angles if they're not at 45°.

I ended up getting something close by cheating - I used a Generic joint and changed the sizes to approximately fit the actual probe.
Its not exactly what the real probe looks like but it is pretty close and at least let me simulate it.
