[Me...] Posted July 17, 2018 Share Posted July 17, 2018 A site I work with as acquired a new Contoura CMM with a C99 controller and RDS-CCA head. Where would I find the compensasion file for the head? The site runs Metrolog XG for their software and the software needs the comp file to articulate the head. However I have not received how to retrieve the file off of the controller. If anyone knows how to retrieve a file off of a C99 controller please let me know.
