Scan the slot with curve and construct the Radius out of point selection.

It should be profile call out instead of Radius. If you do not have enough arc length, radius varies a lot.

I created a theoretical point at your center hole. then picked each circle individually. Then under construction picked tangent.
You can then ask for angle between the two tangents you've created. At least for that part. Set circles and point at same height.

Lots of constructed features
circle around each end ends, total of 6.
Construct a theoretical circle out of the center point of the 6 circles.
Construct 6 intersections from each end circle to the constructed circle.
Construct 6 lines from the center of the constructed circle (or your datum circle) to each intersection.
Angle between features for constructed lines 1&2, 3&4, 5&6.
Take a long lunch.

As for the "Equally Spaced", you could add 3 more angles from lines 1&3, 3&5, 5&1, or you could take a centerpoint between circles 1&2 and construct a 3d line for the center of each slot, or you could create a symmetry line between lines 1&2, 3&4, 5&6.
But i don't know how to quantify "Equally Spaced". tolerance would be nice.

I took a little time and wrote a quick program, extract it and take a look.....
