The angles are basic dimensions and provide the map; your measurement shows how far off the road things are. Also, because you have 8 features with the same datum/tolerance, what you should be looking for are positions - not angles. A thread from a few days ago covered slots quite thoroughly, and other threads about patterns of features are waiting for you.
