Privileges

At our company we have our software locked down so that our machinists can only run the programs and not make any changes. My question is can you set up the privileges to allow the adjustment of CAD evaluation only (making different size points, magnification, etc...). When anything is opened (characteristics, features, etc...) and they go to run the next part it comes up with a message saying that there was a change made to the program and they do not have the permissions to save or change the program. We use the CAD evaluation a lot so the machinists can see what the part is doing and it helps them with adjustments. If they were able to make these changes in CAD evaluation only I don't see how this would affect the program. Any help on this would be great.
