Flatness Ref Characteristic

This is my first time I've had to use the Flatness Ref Characteristic. I have a ring that has a OD of Ø14.595 and a ID of Ø11.26 that has a Flatness call out of .002/1.3 x 1.3. Under the Input Parameter I'm not understanding what the Limit angle is and what I should put in for a value. There was already a value of 5.000 in that field when I opened the window up. Any info on this would be greatly appreciated

Since you are evaluating a lot of "local flatnesses", limited by the size on your print. You probably don't like them to diff in angle from your whole plane. That's what that does. I usually leave it at 5. But I'm maxing out the overlap.
