[ZE...]
I just set up a pallet program, but I don't have a fixture yet. Is the pallet alignment like a start alignment? On the left side of the pallet parameters screen is Pallet Alignment: Do I create an alignment on the off the fixture first? [ZE...]
I made an alignment on the fixture on my CMM which is nothing more than 2 Witte bars. Then I fixture up my parts, run the prg on one of the parts so it knows where to start in relation to the BA. Add in your distances, and rows etc. Let her rip. [De...]
We use Schunk Systems and mount our fixtures on them. Our pallet alignment is the alignment for the Schunk receptor. It makes it so we only need to manually align the part the first run.
