A diameter isn't flat, at least not in Europe, But I have been tricked before, the earth was flat at one point...

Use roundness or waviness depending on your requirement.

No, flatness means flatness. It does not mean surface plane. Flatness is applicable to a plane though.
If you formulate your question so it is understandable I'm sure you will receive better help.

Abdullah,

I'm with Eric, when you say "FLATNESS ON A DIAMETER", the characteristic "FLATNESS" implies a PLANE feature. And, "DIAMETER" implies the feature is a circle, cylinder, cone or sphere feature. So, something in your question is not correct.

Maybe a sketch or drawing showing what you're trying to check would help.

Abdullah Alghnaim , don't take anything said on this metrology forum personal. Most of these guy's spend their day's walking on pins and needles and are easily disturbed....lol

That said, I have heard flatness of a circumference used in the waffer industry.
