Is there a known problem with license request processing for free version 2025?

Hi, 

I wanted to ask if there is currently a known problem with the processing of license requests for the free version of Inspect 2025? I sent in one request yesterday and another one today and received no response to both yet. Can Zeiss please make a statement as to how long the estimated response time for Germany is at the moment?

Hello Norbert,

usually you should get the free license immediately. I'm not aware of a general problem but will have a look what happened with your request.

Maybe I did somthing wrong? I ordered the license from the Quality Suite (see below) but am also registered for a hardware dongle pro license. I need both, but started with the free license.

This is the correct way, I have forwarded the license request. Usually you should receive an automatic Email with a license code, which can be activated.

Still nothing.....😐

Personally I'm not in a hurry to get the new version, but as soon as I have it, a lot of engineering and development people need to update their version too in order to be able to work with my projects.  So we need to know how long it may take them to get their licenses, otherwise we might run into troubles or need to postpone the update.
