I sent in one request yesterday and another one today and received no response to both yet. Can Zeiss please make a statement as to how long the estimated response time for Germany is at the moment? I ordered the license from the Quality Suite (see below) but am also registered for a hardware dongle pro license. I need both, but started with the free license. [No...] Posted November 15 Author Share Posted November 15 Still nothing.....😐 Personally I'm not in a hurry to get the new version, but as soon as I have it, a lot of engineering and development people need to update their version too in order to be able to work with my projects. [Al...] Posted December 13 Share Posted December 13 Guten Tag, habe ebenfalls ein Problem mit der Free Inspect 2025 Lizenz. Beide Entitlement IDs die ich per Email gekriegt habe sind schon aktiviert bzw. sind in Benutzung. Die tauchen allerdings nicht in der Lizenzübersicht auf. Wenn ich die Free/Trial Version starte, bekomme ich folgende Meldung und komme nicht weiter. Gibt es eine Lösung dafür? MfG Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
[No...] Posted December 13 Author Share Posted December 13 (edited) Das sieht so aus als ob die Lizenzen entweder auf mehr als zwei Rechnern benutzt wurden (bin aber nicht sicher, ob die auch rechnergebunden sind) oder du noch auf zwei anderen Rechnern angemeldet bist und jetzt versuchst, es auf einem dritten zu benutzen. In letzterem Fall sollte es reichen, sich an den anderen Rechnern abzumelden bzw. aus dem Zeiss-Account auszuloggen. Edited December 13 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
