Loading true position direct to duramax

Hello all I am fairly new to the CMM and programming side of things. Our duramax is down waiting on repairs. Operators are bringing parts to the lab for their CMM checks. When we run the parts on our contura and send it through our substation into GQS the data loads correctly.  But if we try to do the direct load method using the order number from the machine the True position is loading the Y data and not the true position data out at the machine.  Same program is being ran both times.
