PieWb not showing CMM results on PieWeb reports

I am running into occasional issue where PieWeb doesn't fill in the data fields when the report is generated. (Usually, F7 refreshes the data, and it becomes populated).

See attached image.

Other than instructing a user to view the report prior to printing, is there a known issue or fix?

It seems operators are sometimes blind to viewing reports.

I would ask you to call the Customer Interaction Centre and create a ticket. We need more data / information for further analysis. We can then inform you of the exact data required by e-mail.

There is not more data/information I could give. I have no idea why this happens, it is sporadic.

If not already done, Calypso should first be updated to the latest service pack. If the problem persists, we need the Calypso version, the report and the database file. For this reason I would ask you to contact your local support and open a ticket.

In PiWeb monitor, drop down the Tools menu. Is Auto Fetch Data checked? What about Automatically Update Page>Update Automatically?

Yes, Auto Fetch, Auto Update are enabled.
