T-hawk 2 scanner will not initialize scan lines

Hello,

I was scanning parts earlier today with no issues and after switching to another part I am unable to scan and the blue light lines do not appear. I am able to capture reference points just unable to scan. No errors, system analysis is good, restarted, re-plugged devices, and everything else I could think of several times.

 

Any ideas? I attempted to recalibrate the sensor and received an error at the end of calibration "cannot calibrate images crossed laser lines (a)"

Not sure if that error has anything to do with the issue I am facing. Any help is appreciated.
