[Br...]
I keep getting a 6023 23 error message on the lead in. The probe goes to the root diameter comes out to the right diameter on the rotor and makes contact with the alignment point but then just floats off in the opposite direction and I get the error message. Any help?
[Ro...]
Which GEAR PRO version? An older one? I can´t remember any kind of that error message in the latest versions. At the end we (ZEISS support) require the CMMOS-logfiles when this error occurs. Are you already in contact with the ZEISS support?
[Br...]
2019 SP 3. I haven't contacted Zeiss support. I didn't know if there was something "easy" I was missing out on.
[Ro...]
For analysing if something easy is missing the logfile helps a lot. I also remember that we had software versions where your described behavior occurs. However a quick test would be to update the software (if you have SMA) or to have a look into the ZEISS Portal if there is a Patch version available for the 2019 software. Maybe this issue is already fixed there? An alternative "quick" test would be to rotate the rotor via several degrees and try the feedin in again. I remember that this helped in the past. [Br...]
I should send this log? cmmoslog.txt
[Ro...]
Thank you for the logfile. Inside there is for this situation unfortunately nothing useful to solve your issue. You can try to rotate the part as I already mentioned or you can try an alternative possibility for the feedin (see screenshot). If nothing of this helps, please install the latest patch or update to a newer GEAR PRO version.
