Convert Picked up feature to solid?

Hello, i have a quick question, is there a way to convert a picked up feature to appear similar to cad? as in it is always visible even when working with other features. Im working on a part and the fixture i have is pretty close to some pickups i need to do, i picked up the fixture so i can still see it when i highlight the feature, but it goes invisible when i start working on another feature. it would be great if it was just either highlighted all the time or made to look solid like the rest of the cad model. 

I tried googling and i couldn't find anything like i was looking for, thanks!

You can do simple planes & cylinders: CAD - Modify CAD Entities - Create Geometry

Also: CAD - CAD File - Automatic Healing - Select Build Geometry will create CAD surfaces of some created features
