Hello ,

Could you recommend a program or method for adding bubbles to the dimensions on drawings in Calypso 2022? I’ve also noticed that some people use squares for this purpose.

Thank you!

Look up PDFAutomationStation Auto-Increment Dynamic Stamp (hollow circle). I think it is $20 a year or maybe that's for 2 years. Incremental hollow bubble counter.

Back in the day, like way back.

I used AutoCAD and LISP.

I would add a PDF to an AutoCAD template, then using a LISP script I would simply click on a given dimension with the mouse, and it would add ballooned numbers.

The balloons would start out round, after the counter went to 100 the balloons would become ellipses

You could drag a balloon, and it would leave a leader from the dimension you clicked on (The vicinity). It was also scalable, but that was an option at the beginning of the script.

There was no numeric limit on how many balloons could be created.

The only issue I had with my script was if I got to about 1,000,000, the ellipse would be huge.
