[Ja...] Posted January 1 Share Posted January 1 Hello, Guys. Our Europe branch bought a contura(RDS 2.5) on 2020 and I used it from 2020 to 2023. I had a good impression about Zeiss. That's why I chose Zeiss again after I came back to Korea branch. We bought a Spectrum(RDS 2.5), It was installed at the end of July, 2024. Before we move forward with legal action, I would like to hear your opinions on the following issues 1. Collision during Qualification Collided with the reference sphere at top speed It happened 3 times in "CNC MODE" since installation. Master Calibration -> L59D3 styli -> L64D1.5 styli -> L100D3(Collision) Master Calibration(Colision) -> L59D3 styli -> L64D1.5 styli -> L100D3 Master Calibration -> L59D3 styli -> L64D1.5 styli -> L100D3(Collision) https://youtu.be/7RS5fmyxUnU 2. Wrong recognition of Styli (With Adapter recognition function on) e.g. Controller shows "A Styli", Calypso shows "B Styli" but, Measurement done normally. 7. Stopped at wrong position sometimes during qualification I've never changed a reference sphere position.... It has been at the center I write a list which Calypso Service center did from the end of July, 2024 to the end of Nov, 2024 1. Replaced a control board, Head, Sensor, Power cable, Lan cable 2. Installed different firmware 44.14(default version) ~ 44.07(now) 3. Replaced a computer 4 times, tried calypso 2021, 2022,2023,2024(As beta) 4. Replaced a graphic card 5. Installed some software and latest calypso service pack and patch 6. Replaced 2.5 Head to 5 degree Head for a test. Had the same issues......... All counter actions didn't work. I requested the korea zeiss to replace our cmm machine for new one. but, They said "Need an approval from Head office". I've been waiting the answer almost a month. [Da...] Posted January 1 Share Posted January 1 I advise you to closely check the temperature of the inside of the controller. Are the fans working alright? Are the filters clean? The electronics hate to be cooked by high temperatures. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
