[Ja...]
Hello. Is there anyone who can help me with this drawing? I've used only standard alignment....I have no idea how to measure it I tried to set base alignment with P6 and RPS. P6: not allowed to choose more than 3 features, so failed RPS 321: not allowed to more than 6 features, failed. 1. Should I use RPS Freedom? 2. Target datum A is a center of hole... Use working plane function to get a center of hole projected onto upside plane?? 3. To measure true position 0 (2 points), what features should I inspect?? [Ro...]
If you have a bunch of these to run, i would continue to use standard alignment. I would use a plane Line Line on the bottom side, Maybe even add in a loop (I almost always loop 2 times) and then once your machine knows the part you can scan your datum B & C later on in the program. The reason i would do that is your datums are 3mm holes, so you're probably going to be using a 1mm styli, and those aren't very durable for poking around and finding stuff.
