[Ti...] Posted January 8 Share Posted January 8 I have a new Contura: software version 7.8.00 (17.04.2024) and cannot get User Information (from Run menu) to work. Older Calypso I have on another machine was pretty straightforward as I would just make a .jpg and save it into the Inspection Info folder then select it. This isn't working on the new software. Looking into F1 it says that it doesn't support .jpg and will only support .bmp, .png, .pdf and .gra. I saved the picture as .bmp and made a new folder in Calypso (since the inspection info folder isn't there anymore) and I cannot get pictures to load. Plan>Measurement Start info for CNC>Select is my usual method. I'm sure I'm just missing something stupid here. Thanks! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
[Ma...] Posted January 8 Share Posted January 8 Hello Tim, which is your standard app to open pictures? If it is MS Paint you have to switch it to the standard Windows Foto App, then it should work again. AFAIK CALYPSO 7.8 is the first Version which doesn't work with Paint anymore.
