Position for plane in GD&T evaluation

I don't think that for ISO there should be OT plane - it should be Gauss too.

If you would evaluate perpendicularity on plane in diagonal direction, then it will report bigger number than evaluation in parallel direction.
So i am not sure if TP here is reporting the biggest deviation from measured points or calculated plane shape.
Try turning on CAD evaluation graphics to see where is the biggest deviation. It can help you understand that.

Hello jinxi,

Be sure the plane Datum A is outer tangential in your "KS01_A B C" alignment used in caliper distance.

Can you give me any info from ISO standard? Customers think OT plane meets the requirement for ISO standard.

the costomers are right, for Position your feature must be LSQ (ISO 1101), and your datum must be outer tangential (ISO 5459). So, if you use caliper distance, your coordinate-system must be on that ot-datum, like you did.
Looks right above.
The biggest deviation from nominal (wich can be min or max) x2 must give you the same result like the position-result.

position = 0.512

it's not same....

in Extras->Settings->Measurement->Form Datum, wich Evaluation Method for Datum did you set? And wich Default in Extras->Settings->Measurement->Form & Location?

and, in your coordinate-system, do you have both, rotation in space AND x origin set to outer tangent?
